Cancellation and Refund

At Amethyst.IO LLP, our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for you when choosing and purchasing or renting your preferred Indian Ethnic Outfits. Although we make every effort to keep our customers satisfied, there may be occasions when you find it necessary to return a product due to circumstances beyond your or our control.

Outlined below are the details of our Cancellation, Return, and Refund policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Amethyst.IO LLP is committed to enhancing our customers’ overall shopping experience, and as such, we maintain a flexible cancellation policy. According to this policy – 

  • Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made before the order is shipped.
  • Products obtained by Amethyst.IO LLP’s marketing team for special occasions, festivals, special promotions, or initiatives are not eligible for cancellations.
  • Cancellation requests for Official Merchandise, Clearance zone products, clearance/flash sale products, or steal deal products are not accepted. However, refunds or replacements can be arranged for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.
  • Amethyst.IO LLP reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer fails to comply with these Conditions or breaches any policies/terms referred to herein.
  • Cancellations may be initiated by us due to technical errors, credit/fraud avoidance concerns, invalid/wrong addresses, malpractices, commercial resale objectives, multiple orders for the same product at the same address, undelivered orders after three attempts, rejected EMI offers, or incorrect pricing/specifications resulting from technical glitches.
  • If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.

Despite the above, we retain the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order without further liability. In such cases, you will be notified via email or SMS using the provided contact information.

We also reserve the right to remove products from zlore.com and modify or remove any material or content from the website. While we strive to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may lead us to refuse order processing even after sending the Order Confirmation. We are not liable to you or any third party for such actions.

Availability of Products

Product orders are contingent upon availability. In the event of challenges in product supply or depletion of stock, we retain the right to furnish you with details about alternative products of equal or superior quality and value for your consideration. Should you choose not to proceed with the substitute products, a refund for the amount paid will be issued.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

There may be situations beyond our influence in which you may receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product compared to your original order. We will replace the product at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter such circumstances, please contact our Customer Service Team before using the product, and they will assist you through the process. Please reach out to our Customer Service number for guidance.

The return procedure for the product may be limited, depending on the nature and category of the product.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Please submit return requests within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
  • If you receive a product in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged, kindly reject the package and contact us at contact@zlore.com, mentioning your Order ID. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Ensure that products/items are UNUSED.
  • Return products in their original packaging, including original price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning products to us.
  • Returns are free of charge for incorrect styles, wrong sizes, or damaged products. After receiving the return, we will conduct a quality check. If the product does not pass, we will return it to you.
  • Seal and package return packets securely to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Upon receiving the goods at the Amethyst.IO LLP center, we will examine the product. If the claim is valid, we will refund the product price. If not, you’ll need to pay delivery fees for the return.
  • We offer a size exchange policy.
  • We do not accept exchanges/returns for used products, regardless of usage frequency.
  • Submit return requests only through the website account.
  • Customized products as per customer requirements are not eligible for the return policy.

REFUSAL OF RETURN REQUEST

We retain the authority to decline or annul any request for a return. If the return request does not comply with the Returns Policy, the payment made, and any associated costs will not be refunded, and a subsequent request for return for the same product will not be permitted. Our determination concerning refusal or cancellation is conclusive, and you agree not to hold us responsible for any such actions.

FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINTS

If unfounded or unsubstantiated complaints or requests are made regarding the quality or content of the products, we retain the right to initiate legal actions against you. You will be solely responsible for covering all costs incurred by us in such proceedings.

REFUNDS

The refund will be initiated upon the receipt of the product by Amethyst.IO LLP or its business partner. The refund process is as follows:

  • For orders paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the respective card or bank account within 7 working days. The refunded amount will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid through net banking accounts will be credited back to the original bank account.
  • During the refund process, a deduction of INR 150-200 will be applied to cover shipping, bank, and payment gateway charges.

RE-ATTEMPTS

We attempt one delivery for item pickup, and if unsuccessful in the second attempt, the Pickup request will be marked as failed. For additional information, please reach out to our customer care at +91 9309828892.

In the event of unsuccessful product delivery attempts, resulting in the return of the product to Amethyst.IO LLP, if the customer requests re-delivery, they will be responsible for covering the entire RTO charges imposed by the delivery partner on Amethyst.IO LLP.

Refund Policy for Rental

Thank you for choosing zlore.com for your rental needs. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Please read our refund policy carefully.

  • Cancellation – Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made before the order is shipped.
  • Refund – The refund will be initiated upon the receipt of the product by Amethyst.IO LLP or its business partner. The refund process is as follows –

  • No-Show Policy – If a customer fails to pick up their rental items on the scheduled pickup date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Return Policy – 1. Once the rental period begins, no refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental items. 2. Customers are responsible for returning rental items in the same condition as they were received. Any damages or missing items may result in additional fees.
  • Refunds for Damaged Items – If rental items are damaged during the rental period due to normal wear and tear, no additional charges will apply. However, if rental items are damaged due to negligence or misuse, customers may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
  • Exchanges – Exchanges for different rental items are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if the replacement item has a higher rental rate.
  • Refunds for Special Circumstances – Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
